When is the expected opening for the club?

Early November, Foundation & Pre-Opening members will be notified in advance.

If I'm already a Flex Fitness Member, can I access the recovery area at Flex Manukau.

Existing Flex Fitness Members have access to the Gym only, excluding recovery.

What is included in the recovery area?

Our recovery area has Private infrared sauna’s, shared steam sauna and a icebath. Men’s / Womens have their own recovery areas.

What is the main difference between a Flex & Flex Plus membership?

The Flex Plus membership includes access to the Recovery room.
